The customer portal offers the same functional scope as the customer app on the smartphone. You can make a booking, monitor the approaching taxi, store the method of payment and rate the drivers. All rides will be stored in the logbook for easy administration.

The customer portal and the customer app are linked with each other, so web bookings can also be continued on the smartphone.

Companies constantly improve their mobility management. The business portal by fms/Austrosoft provides assistance in managing the rides of the employees, in simplifying the bookings and in designing transparent billing processes.

Paying via a stored credit card saves time. Thus, the business portal is an absolute must for extending the scope of services and gaining sustainable customer loyalty.

Mobile Data is the basic interface. Information flows in one direction (fms dispatching –> third-party provider) only. If a booking is desired in the mobility app of the third-party provider, the booking is forwarded to the customer app . The following information can be retrieved:

  • Calculating the availability of vehicles at a pickup address
  • Requesting the waiting time after entering the destination address

Mobile Booking is the premium interface which can be used very flexibly. The data flow in both directions (fms dispatching <-> third-party provider). The following functionalities are available in addition to the basic data of the Mobile Data interface:

  • Information on various fleet products
  • Execution of bookings
  • Status requests of the current booking
  • Exchange of the fares from the taximeter data
